FIELD: air conditioning; heat and cold supply to premises. SUBSTANCE: unit has evaporator, condenser, fans, air conduits with valves, and exhaust trunk. In addition, it is provided with four-stroke electromagnetic valve in cooling agent pipeline; first air conduit with valve is coupled to exhaust trunk and to outlet of second fan together with second air conduit which is connected on other end to plenum air conduit of premises; third air conduit is first one communing with exhaust trunk along air flow and is connected to plenum air conduit of premises downstream of second air conduit.
