<p>A method for measuring a load current (L) of a load driven at a DC voltage network has a first-(T1) and second-(T2) switch for activating first- (S1) of the at least two stages (S2) of the load (10,12), and a control unit (26) for driving the switches (T1,T2). During activation of the first stage (S1), in defined time intervals, the control unit (26) activates the second stage (S2) via the second switch (T2) for a fixed time duration (P1), and within the first set time duration (P1), the first stage (S1) is deactivated by the first switch (T1) for a second fixed time period (P2).</p> |
