<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat a bus bar with flux without transferring a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: When the solar cell P is transferred to a conveyance belt 2, the solar cell P is sucked to a vacuum through-hole 2a for positioning. In this case, the pass bar (p) of the solar cell P is at a position which projects, compared to the right and left edges of the conveyance belt 2. After that, the conveyance belt 2 is moved turningly in peripherical direction, thus conveying the solar cell P to the downstream side, while the bus bar (p) is made to project from the right and left edges of the conveyance belt 2; hence performing various work, such as the coating work of flux, to the pass bar (p) of the solar cell P, by utilizing a space near the conveyance belt 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
