<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling of a vacuum heat insulating material, to maintain vacuum condition of the vacuum heat-insulating material over a long term, and to provide a heat-insulating panel including the easily handled vacuum heat-insulating material. SOLUTION: This vacuum heat-insulating material is formed by covering a core material with a synthetic resin film, sealing the film end edge, and evacuating the inside of the film. In the core material 51B, a cut-out part 58 is formed, by cutting out an angled corner in the intersection between the adjacent side faces 57 into a tapered face. A recess groove 520 housing a sealing part is provided in the part matching the sealing part of the synthetic resin film.</p> |
