FIELD: medicine; applicable in diagnosis and individual selection of medicinal preparations for general and local treatment of wide range of diseases and human states characterized by presence of immunoconflicting tissue. SUBSTANCE: method includes examination of immunocompetent cells from periphery blood in presence of hormonal, antiinflammatory, immunomodulating and cytostatic preparations; obtaining of cell culture from autologous tumor and examination of level of synthesis of DNA, ability of blood immunocytes to interact with membrane-associated structures of autologous tissues; selection of preparations for treatment of patient on the basis of change of sensitivity of tissue cultures to hormonal antiinflammatory, immunomodulating and cytostatic preparations. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
