METHODS OF MANUFACTURE OF ARTICLES FROM HIGHLY FILLED PLASTIC BY PRESSING

FIELD: production and processing of filled plastics; applicable in utilization of ash and manufacture of articles. SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of dispersed mineral filler and thermoplast and subsequent manufacture of articles. Dispersed filler is used in form of ash of incinerator plants. Simultaneously with mixing of thermoplast and incinerator ash, mixture is activated in activator, lined with rubber, for 10-15 min at rotation speed of drum of 500-1000 rpm. EFFECT: reduced migration of ions of heavy metals to level of permissible concentration into air medium and aqueous extracts from incinerator plant ash with its utilization as mineral filler.
