The invention, referred to as the "Fielder Card", is a portable electronic credit-card-sized device 9 for storing sensitive user information such as passwords, user names, PINs (Personal Identification Numbers) in an encrypted but easily accessible manner. The user can input, amend, store and retrieve their sensitive information. Access to the information is enabled only by the input of a single master password which may be initially chosen by the user or randomly generated by the device by pressing the random button 8. This master password is then the only password the user needs to remember. The device is user friendly and encompasses a screen 1 for displaying information and a keypad 2-8. The device may store a number of elements such as the name of the service (e.g. bank PIN), associated user name, associated password (e.g. PIN or code) and associated comments (e.g. account number). The device also has a change master password function.
