Internal broaching tool for internal broaching of profiles of internal toothing of a work piece comprises a shaft and a toothing part with several broaching teeth (21a-f) having profile base cutting edges (23a-f) and first and second side surfaces. The first side surfaces are formed as guide flanks. The first edges are formed as non-cutting guide edges (27a-f). The second side surfaces are formed as free bearing surfaces. The second edges are formed as non-cutting free bearing surfaces (28a-f). The profile base cutting edges are designed so that they cut over the full profile width. Preferred Features: The guide edges of successive broaching teeth do not have a profile flank increase.
