PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent quality degradation of a recorded image resulted from distortion of an image caused by irregular rotation by preventing flaws or dents from being caused on cog surfaces of a driving output gear 24, in a driving transmission mechanism pressingly moving the side surface of the driving output gear 24 to connect and disconnect driving force to and from a driven member 25. SOLUTION: In the driving transmission mechanism comprising the driven member 25 receiving driving force, the driving output gear 24 arranged concentrically with the driven member 25 and constituted to be freely engaged with and disengaged from the driven member 25 when it moves axially, and a pressingly moving member 26 constituted to be able to pressingly move the side surface of the driving output gear 24, a reinforcing rib 24d is formed at a part of the side surface of the driving output gear 24 where the pressingly moving member 26 contacts along the circumferential direction. |
