If the player decides not to play the second play area, the authenticating indicia on top of the scratch-off layer in the second play area authenticates the lottery ticket and the prize that is won. If the second play area is played, then the authenticating indicia printed below the scratch-off layer is employed as the authenticating indicia.</p> |
