<p>The machine for surface and thickness finishing of short, thin and slim workpieces solves the problem of processing small, particularly residual pieces of material, preferably from wood or man-made material. For the processing of these workpieces there are one, two or several lathe spindles (I, II) located horizontally, vertically or at any angle against the intake sliding tray (4) and the output sliding tray (4'), while inside the hollow jaw chuck (1) there's a permanently attached circular guide element (9). For the guiding of the workpieces (11) through the machine according to this invention there are guides (5, 7, 10). The adjustment of thickness of the material being removed from the workpiece (11) is performed by the intake sliding tray (4) which is firmly attached to the vertical moving table (6).</p> |
