IN AN APPARATUS FOR SUPPLYING AND ARRANGING A DIRECTION OF A MOTOR ASSEMBLY, ARRANGING AND SUPPLYING A COOLING FAN AND AUTOMATICALLY ASSEMBLING THE COOLING FAN WITH THE MOTOR ASSEMBLY, THE DIRECTION OF A MOTOR SHAFT OF THE MOTOR ASSEMBLY IS DETERMINED BY A SENSOR ROD WHICH DETECTS A CUT PLANE OF THE MOTOR SHAFT, USING PLURAL ROLLERS CONTACTING AN OUTER PERIPHERY OF THE MOTOR SHAFT. THE COOLING FAN DIRECTION ADJUSTING PART HAS A DRIVING MOTOR FOR ROTATING THE COOLING FAN, A COOLING FAN DIRECTION SENSOR FOR SENSING THE DIRECTION OF THE COOLING FAN AND A GRIP FOR GRIPPING THE COOLING FAN. WHEN ARRANGING THE DIRECTION OF THE COOLING FAN, THE COOLING FAN IS SUPPLIED TO BE JOINED TO THE MOTOR ASSEMBLY IN AN ASSEMBLING POSITION BY A COOLING FAN SUPPLYING PART WHICH DRAWS THE COOLING FAN OUT OF A LOAD PART TRANSPORTED ALONG A CATERPILLAR TO MOVE IT TO THE ASSEMBLING POSITION. ONCE BEING COUPLED TO THE MOTOR SHAFT OF THE MOTOR ASSEMBLY, THE COOLING FAN IS FIRMLY FIXED BY A COOLING FAN FIXING PART WHICH AUTOMATICALLY COUPLES A BOLT AND A NUT WHICH FAX THE COOLING FAN TO FIX THE COOLING FAN TO THE MOTOR SHAFT OF THE MOTOR ASSEMBLY. BY AUTOMATICALLY PERFORMING OVERALL PROCESS TO INCUR THE LEAST TIME AND MANPOWER WHILE IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY.
