FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: through-bone osteosynthesis is used for cure. Open reposition of fragments is carried out and fragments are fixed by means of spoke. Two-three spokes with diameter of 1,5 mm are introduced into any fragment at angle of 45° to axis of collar-bone. Spokes are fixed by clamps directly above skin; free and of spoke is bent at angle of 45°. Spokes are fixed by means of spoke-lockers onto 1-2 thread rods. ^ EFFECT: reduced traumatism; higher ability of movements in arm joint. ^ 1 ex, 8 dwg
