FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to cut out a colotransplant upon vascular pedicle out of mesenteric artery followed by squeezing femoral arteries along Poupart's ligament. Moreover, the squeezing should be fulfilled during the first 2 d, 8 seances per 30 sec, and during the next 4 d per 1-2 min.
