FIELD: liquids treatment engineering; methods of treatment of liquids with the power and information fields. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the equipment for treatment of liquids, predominantly waters and water solutions with the power and informational fields for collimating to them of the complementary useful qualities as a result of variation of their physicochemical properties. The method provides, that before conducting the power-informational action the initial liquid is preliminary modified during the process of its passage through the system of the capillary pipes with the diameter of d <=10 microns and the length of l satisfying to the inequality of 1000d >= l >= 10d.
