FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out tonometry and tonography, ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) for the whole area of surgically developed ways of outflow in dynamics, compare the obtained scanograms against initial postoperational ones, detect functional cavitary volume (FCV) of subconjunctival and subscleral area of operation and, also, acoustic density of cavitary content (ADC), investigate the character of scanogram structure in area of previously conducted operation, evaluate the degree of contrast and that of scanogram's homogeneity and, also, the peculiarity of interface contour, the presence of inter-tissue fusions. Depending upon the data obtained it is useful to continue further therapy. The innovation enables to detect accurate localization of hydrodynamic block and determine the stage of fibroplastic process. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. ^ 13 ex |
