Casing is connected with irrigation pipeline. Casing is made in the form of elastic pipe filled with air and placed within irrigation pipeline above drain openings. Elastic pipe is connected with internal surface of irrigation pipeline by providing contact welding in zones between adjacent drain openings. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing uniform distribution of water along the entire length of irrigation pipeline. ^ 5 dwg
