FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, separating devices used in grain combines. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has rotor and separating box partly surrounding rotor in spaced relation thereto. Separating box comprises at least two frame members connected with each other through sections provided with slots. Step-shaped curved rods are placed into said slots and welded therein so as to define sieve. Step-shaped rod sieve facilitates mellowing of harvested mass and unobstructed flowing thereof.
