摘要 FIELD: isotopic enrichment technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: method, which can be applied in nuclear physics and biomedical research, resides in that isotope-enriched germanium tetrafluoride fraction is dissolved in ethanol/carbon tetrachloride mixture in presence of completing agent, e.g. citric acid. To resulting solution, hydrogen peroxide solution and nitric acid are added, after which mixture obtained is evaporated until dry. Dry residue is calcined and reduced into germanium with hydrogen.
