The device has a heat exchange zone (1) for providing heat exchange between air of an enclosure and a flame tube (3). The tube has one end extending into a burner (4) supplied with combustible gas and another end with an exhaust fan (5) to evacuate burnt gas obtained by combustion of the gas, where speed of the fan is fixed. The tube is closed partially using a diaphragm or a stopper (14) to create friction loss within the tube.
