The device has edges (1, 2) comprising notches (3) with a textile hook part (6) sewn under the edges (1, 2). The notches receive respective tongues (5) in their housing, where each tongue has a boucle-effect textile (7). An elastic unit (10) is interposed so as to permit, after traction on an elastic portion (9), tongues to be positioned on the notches. The unit (10) is fixed in an inner part of the edge (2) and joined to the tongues.
