The air-conditioner has a block (1) with an external exchanger (2), at the level of which a refrigerant exchanges frigories from ambient air of an enclosed space to be air-conditioned towards surrounding air under the action of a ventilator (3). The exchanger constitutes part of surfaces defining the block. The exchanger is articulated by a hinge (6) at the level of partitions of the block, to allow its rotation with respect to an edge.
