PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing apparatus having an X, Y and θ adjustment mechanism which is constructed simply and is small-sized and inexpensive. SOLUTION: A moving plate 146 set on a second vertical base plate is held in the direction X by an X-direction drive pin 148 and an X-direction biasing pin 150 and also held in the direction Y by a first Y-direction drive pin 152 and a first Y-direction biasing pin 156 and by a second Y-direction drive pin 154 and a second Y-direction biasing pin 158 respectively. Therefore the position of a substrate 42 for plate making 36, which is supported by the moving plate 146, is adjusted in the direction X by the X-direction drive pin 148 being moved and in the direction Y by the first Y-direction drive pin 152 and the second Y-direction drive pin 154 being moved by the same amount, while a rotational position θ of the substrate for the plate making is adjusted by the first Y- direction drive pin 152 and the second Y-direction drive pin 154 being moved by different amounts or in different directions. |
