The invention relates to steel-wiring branch of metallurgical industry and, in particular, being part of repeated drawbench to preparing foundry blank for producing brass-plated wire for metal cord and to drawing of cable wire.The aim of the invention is to increase drawability of metal and decrease breakage of blank with further drawing brass-plated wire for metal cord.The inventive purpose is achieved by making the lower bypass roller of the looping type bench in the form of a drawing pulley, equipped with synchronous electric motor with servo drive controlled permanent magnet and arranged co-axially with lower pass of two-roller device for wire deformation by alternating binding with tension.
