A solid pharmaceutical composition comprises repinotan, where the proportion by weight of the compound is 0.01-15% by weight, and a physiologically acceptable acid, where the proportion by weight of the acid is 0.05-15% by weight. The composition can be used to prepare an infusion solution. Also described is a kit comprising the composition and means for determining the concentration of repinotan in body fluids. Repinotan is useful for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and craniocerebral trauma.
