The invention relates to the field of producing fuel gas/air mixture and can be used in gas pipelines for domestic gas supplies of towns and settlements.The inventive modular automatic gas-mixing and gas-distributing system for producing fuel gas/air mixture of uniform thermal value comprises a unit automatic gas-distributing station which comprises reduction, change-over, gas-heating, protection system, controlling and gas discharge at the inlet, odorization, signaling and monitoring/measuring tools units and automatic gas-mixing station mounted in gas-distributing systems for domestic gas supplies of towns and settlements. The gas-mixing station comprises:a) an air compressor block comprising an air compressor, a filter, a receiver, a block of reduction and back valve;b) a gas/air mixing block comprising a gas mixture, an adjustable ejector mixing unit including four centrifugal fans and four adjustable ejector mixers comprising an adjustable nozzle, a mixing chamber, a diffusor, a confuser, and a branch pipe;c) a block of proportioning device comprising an air consumption flowmeter, an air consumption valve, a back valve, a gas consumption valve, a gas flowmeter and a gas/air ratio regulator.The invention is characterized in that the inventive system provides gas/air pre-mixing prior to supplying it to gas-distributing system of towns and settlements with excess coefficient of air in mixture approaching to stoichiometric value thus producing fuel gas/air mixture of uniform thermal value of combustion and density, wherein the system comprises means for heat exchange between discharging gases and inflowing fuel gas.The systems implementation provides to safe fuel gas consumption by 10-15% from consumed value, reduces capital investments and operation costs. |
