The invention relates to biology, in particular, to biotechnology and can be used in different medicine spheres, veterinary, immunology, pharmacology and cosmetology. Broadening a set of medical means for correction immune state in a patient organism is achieved using said method of antibodies' preparation which comprises: fractional precipitation of blood serum protein by ammonium sulfate, separation of deposition by centrifuging and purification of isolated antibodies and according to the invention isolate antidiotypical antibodies to alfa-fetoprotein, purification of the isolated antibodies are purified by gel-filtration and blood serum, lymph, feminine gemolymph during embryo forming in mammals or during lactation period, milk serum, bird's eggs or fish's caviar; blood serum, milk, beestings, lymph, donor's organism gemolymph after its immunization by antibodies to alfa-fetoprotein or their Fab-fragments; protein components of beestings and/or milk serum; biologic products of synthesis in culture of cells and/or embryo tissues; protein components of animal's and bird's eggs, fish's caviar. |
