PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding machine capable of surely cutting a binding wire, simply winding the binding wire around an object to be wound, and simplifying its structure as much as possible. SOLUTION: The binding machine has a cutter device 12 mainly consisting of a binding wire feeding mechanism 3 to feed a winding wire W to a casing 2, a winding wire clamping device 4 to wind the fed winding wire around an object B to be bound while locking a tip WT of the binding wire W, a twisting mechanism 10 to clamp and twist the binding wire W wound around the object B, and a pair of cut leaf springs 29 to cut a rear end WB of a loop R of the binding wire W wound around the object B. The pair of cut leaf springs 29 of the cutter device 12 are integrally and continuously provided on a guide tube 16 across the guide tube 16 of the binding wire W to be fed to the binding position.
