PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding apparatus and an extrusion molding method capable of obtaining a sound extrusion molded product by preventing its deformation even in a case of molding a flaccid extrusion molded product having low rigidity in the direction perpendicular to the extruding direction. SOLUTION: This extrusion molding apparatus 1 is equipped with a screw extruder 12 for kneading a molding material 80 and extruding an extrusion molded product 8 from a molding die 11, and a conveyer 3 for supporting the extrusion molded product 8 continuously extruded from the screw extruder 12 and conveying it in the extrusion direction. The screw extruder 12 is set so that an inclination angleθbetween the extruding axial line A and the horizontal axial line H is in the range of 15°to 85°. The conveyer 3 is so configured that a receiving board 32 supporting the extrusion molded product 8 extruded along the extruding axial line A from the outer periphery moves nearly parallel to the extruding axial line A.
