PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a page fixing device which does not slip down despite its small size and is capable of quickly coping with a situation even when it is difficult for a visually-handicapped person to read a book due to small characters. SOLUTION: A slip stopper is provided to a part or the whole face of the bottom part of a body or to the combined part of both a part and the whole face of the bottom part.
