PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyfunctional mixing apparatus capable of mixing various lightweight solidifying materials and a foaming device to manufacture a lightweight solidified body of high strength. SOLUTION: The polyfunctional mixing apparatus includes a pipeline, the pipeline mixers 10, 20 and 30 having stirring means provided therein, an agitator tank, the agitator 40 having a stirring means provided therein, an air bubble forming device 70 for forming air bubbles to supply them, a pressure feed pump 60, hoppers 51 and 53 and feeders 52 and 54 for quantitatively supplying a material into the hoppers. This apparatus is mounted on a base stand. The devices to be used are optionally selected to be arranged using piping to constitute the mixing apparatus using a part or the whole of the devices.
