A rectangular body (10) of heat conductive material has eight liquid channels (111,112,121,122,131,132,141,142), a central passage (17), a liquid inlet (15) and a liquid outlet (16) on one side, four passages (21,23,25,27) on one end, and three more passages (22,24,26) on the other end. An electric plug is inserted into the central channel via central opening of either end plate at each body end. An inlet pipe and an outlet pipe are connected to the inlet and outlet, respectively. The inlet, the outlet, and the passages connect the liquid passages in a manner forming a single liquid cycle.
