摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method having a high washing effect and high washing convenience as compared with a conventional washing method in a washing method of a supercritical fluid chromatography separator. <P>SOLUTION: In the supercritical fluid chromatography separator having a separation part for separating a target substance from a sample using a supercritical fluid and a mobile phase containing a solvent and an extraction part for taking out the target substance from the mobile phase containing the target substance separated in the separation part, a back pressure valve is also provided on the downstream side of the extraction part in addition to a separating back pressure valve for adjusting the pressure of the mobile phase in the separation part.
