<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a technology allowing a client viewing a video to raise a query for viewing an answer video to the query. <P>SOLUTION: On receiving query information from a client terminal 30 and the like, a video distribution server 2 determines whether a collation word of a collation word DB 44 is included in the query information or not. If it is determined that the collation word is not included, a DB management part 64 extracts a word from the query information to add and store it in the collation DB 44 as a collation word. Then, video data photographed in association with the extracted word are transmitted to the client terminal 30 and the like. A DB 36 management part 66 adds and stores the video data in a word code-video DB 46.
