<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having hair loss preventing action, to provide a cosmetic containing the composition, and to provide a hair loss preventing preparation of food and drink type. <P>SOLUTION: This composition having the hair loss preventing action comprises one, two, or more kinds of components comprising a zooplankton extract, a seaweed extract, a jaborandi extract, an oil-soluble licorice extract, a ginkgo leaf extract, and an Annonasquamosa L. extract. The composition having the hair loss preventing action preferably uses a krill extract and as the zooplankton extract and a Nemacystus extract as the seaweed extract, respectively. The hair loss preventing cosmetic contains the composition. The hair loss preventing preparation of food and drink type contains the composition.
