<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce risk by a stock burden on both a customer side and a production side, and to deliver a spectacle frame received with an order in a shorter period. <P>SOLUTION: When a frame order processing part 103 receives information about specifications of the spectacle frame and the number of orders thereof from a user terminal device 140, the frame order processing part 103 decides (judges) whether or not the spectacle frames of the number of the orders are producible within a residual number of the number of sets of already order-received common components.
