<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, a control method therefor, and program allowing an easy and detailed observation of an image group within a targeted range among a plurality of massive image groups. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor specifies range information related to a range of the image group, or a display object, among the plurality of continuous images. The processor stores the specified range information, processes each of the image group corresponding to the stored range information to produce a display image group.
