PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formwork for manufacturing channel blocks in which necessary width including odd dimensions and left and right channel walls can be formed at arbitrary angles, and a channel block manufactured with the formwork. SOLUTION: The formwork PK is constituted such that it comprises left and right end part cores 100L and 100R and a plurality of adjusting cores 50 which are longitudinally and laterally movable or rotatable in plan view and mutually connectable, front and rear end plates 80, and front and rear end part end plates 280; the left and right end part cores 100L and 100R each comprise a core end part provided on a frame 112 and side plates 200 having acute end parts 220 erected slidably longitudinally and laterally while interposing a bottom surface member 152 and fixably, and are assembled with an arbitrary number of the adjusting cores, and the end plate 80 and the end part end plate 280 are attached to the adjusting cores 50 and left and right end part cores 100L and 100R; and thus, the necessary width and left and right channel walls SL and SR can be formed at optional angles.
