PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation switch for game machines which facilitates the inspection of a substrate while improving the volume production capability of the substrates. SOLUTION: The operation switch has a switch case 71 fixed on the front of the game machine, an operation member 72 movably disposed on the switch case 71 and a substrate 74 on which are mounted a sensor 76 fixed on the switch case 71 and capable of detecting the operation of the operation member 71 by checking the movement of the detection part 72a provided on the operation member 72 and a connector 77 for getting an external harness connected to it. The substrate 74 is so arranged that its surface is almost orthogonal to the internal surface of the switch case 71 while the detection part 72a of the operation member 72 is made to stick out to the rear of the substrate 74 running through an opening 74b provided on the substrate 74.
