The inventive exhaust manifold (10) for a multicylinder internal combustion engine comprises a shell (12) which defines a gas input orifice common for several cylinders of the engine and is provided with a gas exhaust output (18) whose cross-section is less than the input orifice and a connecting flange (14) formed on the orifice periphery. The shell (12) is produced by means of a deep drawing of a single metal blank and the flange (14) is placed and welded to the shell (12) along the circumference of the orifice.
