The disk brake has a brake saddle (6) with an aperture (9) to which the brake cylinder (24) acting on the braking unit is flanged. There is a diverting device (28) between the aperture and the brake cylinder which includes an angled lever (32) with which the pressure and displacement rods are engaged. These rods cross each other.
