The coupler has a retaining part (11) meshing behind a crank of a coupling part (2) having a sealing ring and connected to an adjusting unit. The part (11) is prestressed by a supporting unit (12) that is axially displaced on a coupling part (1). The unit (12) supports the adjusting unit in one position of the part (11) and releases movement of the adjusting unit in another position. The parts (1, 2) and unit (12) are made of plastic.
