The arrangement (2) has a connecting element (4) formed with a pair of retaining lugs (18,19) fixed to the retaining groove (7) formed on a profiled rail (3). Longitudinal dovetail connection portions (10) are formed in the retaining groove corresponding to the counter dovetail connection portions (20) formed at the retaining lugs. A screw (5) is used for tightening the retaining lugs in the retaining groove. The retaining groove is formed with exterior surfaces (6) and inner edges (8), in which the retaining lugs are arranged at the inner edges of the retaining groove. The screw is installed at the center portion of the connecting element. The retaining lugs are formed opposite each other.
