<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving controller capable of securing sufficient accelerator response, in spite of employing a clutch such as a centrifugal clutch of a speed responsive type or the like for connection/disconnection of power between the engine side and the driving wheel side, and also provide a hybrid vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 7 is used to control a motor generator 21a so as to draw the clutch input side near to the set value, when a clutch connectable set value is not attained in the rotating speed on the input side of a centrifugal clutch 40, and an acceleration demand by a driver is entered. The motor generator 21a, when made to function as a motor, assists the rotation on the clutch input side.
