<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a coated food, with which a coated food has a strong sealed end part of a film of a coating foodstuff (e.g. mannan paste) and which has no bad condition that the film of a coating foodstuff is damaged in distribution stages of storage and transportation or a cooking stage of boiled food and a content foodstuff is projected and produces a coated food guaranteed to have an excellent quality of conformance. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing a coated food, using a uniaxial eccentric screw pump, is equipped with a driving part having a drive motor for normal rotation or reverse rotation, a housing for supplying a coating foodstuff, which is arranged with covering the circumferences of a pump part and a discharge part, separated by a space of a fixed distance from the circumferences and has a supply port for a liquid coating foodstuff at the side, a nozzle for a coating foodstuff, which is installed at the lower end part of the housing for supplying a coating foodstuff so as to cover a nozzle for an inner foodstuff and a covering and partially packaging part having a cutter, which is laid right under the nozzle for a coating foodstuff. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
