<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sendai virus vector sufficiently available in the field of gene therapy and the like by establishing a Sendai virus reconstitution system with good manufacturing efficiency and enabling gene manipulation of the Sendai virus. <P>SOLUTION: A method for reconstituting Sendai virus particles by introducing a Sendai virus genome into a host cell expressing all initial replication genes is developed.
