<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid force operated turbine device including a flow guide vane, improving efficiency in converting dynamic energy of fluid into rotary motion energy. <P>SOLUTION: A turbine device 100 generally has a multi-blade type structure, and is rotatably attached to a turbine shaft 102 by a bearing, or is fixed on a turbine shaft 102 and is arranged on a stand in such a manner that the turbine shaft 102 and the turbine device 100 can rotate jointly. Blades 101 appearing in a same direction as a radial direction radiation line of a plurality of turbine shafts 102 and generally arranged obliquely are provided around the turbine device 100.
