<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance recyclability and improve reliability in a molded motor by diffusing the iron loss generated in a stator to a molding resin and suppressing the temperature rise of a stator winding assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The molded motor is constituted so as to be provided with a stator winding assembly part 2 which consists of the stator 5, a winding 6 and an insulator 7, with the conductive PIN 15 which is established on the stator winding assembly part to which the winding end of the winding is connected, with molding resin which covers the stator winding assembly part so that part of the conductive PIN may be exposed, and with a printed wiring board 3 which is fixed to the exposed part of the conductive PIN so that the stator assembly part and the printed wiring board may be fixed and the winding and the printed wiring board may be electrically connected. In the molded motor, the winding end of the winding is connected to the conductive PIN at a different point from that at which the conductive PIN is exposed from the molding resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
