<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize first and second modulation modes using a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The first modulation mode for obtaining a first pulse width modulation signal on the basis of triangular wave data and modulated wave data, is implemented by a first step of obtaining a triangular wave descending data obtained by binarizing an inclination at descending of the triangular wave at every other period of a sawtooth wave, on the basis of sawtooth wave data; a second step of finding out coincidence between the triangular wave descending data and modulated wave data; a third step of finding out the value of the sawtooth data, when the triangular descending data coincide with the modulated wave during a period for obtaining the triangular wave descending data; and a forth step of generating a first pulse width modulated signal on the basis of the value of the sawtooth wave data when the sawtooth wave data coincide with the modulated wave data, during a period in which the triangular wave descending data are not obtained and the value of the sawtooth wave data found out in the third step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
