PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To edit images in such a manner as to keep pasted images from being elongated and keep seams between the images from becoming conspicuous.

SOLUTION: A computer readable recording medium records an image editing program that causes a computer to implement a method of editing images by pasting a predetermined image 20 to be pasted to an image to be edited. The computer is caused to perform an image division process for dividing the image 20 to be pasted into an image to be resized that is pasted after resizing and a non-resized image that is pasted without resizing; a resizing process for resizing the image to be resized in such a manner that an image resulting from the combination of the non-resized image and the resized image is the same size as the area 40 to be edited of the image to be edited; and a pasting process for combining the non-resized image with the resized image and pasting the images to the area 40 to be edited.
